Astrid
Treatment & Financial Coordinator
Astrid obtained her diploma as a Dental Office Administrator in 1991. She has been with Fairview Mall Dental Centre for over 28 years, She is an active member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association (ODAA). Astrid enjoys listening to patients and helping them understand their treatment options and she is continuously thriving to improve her skills through continuing education.
Astrid is very honest and professional, her priority is to accommodate patients and make sure they leave our office satisfied making sure all their needs have been met. Astrid is our Spanish-speaking staff member. In her spare time, Astrid enjoys Zumba, cycling, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Shari
Dental Hygienist
Shari completed her Dental Hygiene Diploma at Erie Community College in 1989, and she is Board certified in NE region of the US as well as Ontario. She is an active member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario ( CDHO). She has been with Fairview Mall Dental Centre over 30 years as a dental hygienist. Shari values continuing education, she constantly attends courses and seminars in order to ensure that her patients receive excellent and up to date treatment.
Shari focuses on soft tissue management with an emphasis on prevention. She is trained to use soft tissue laser since 2010, she uses it routinely to treat gum disease. She is very friendly and fun to be around. Our patients love Shari. In her spare time, Shari likes to ski, travel, and spend time with her husband, family, and friends.
May
Certified Dental Assistant
May completed her Level II Preventive Dental Assistant diploma from CDI College in 2004. May is an active member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association (ODAA), She has been a dental assistant at Fairview Mall Dental Centre for over 16 years. She is a highly motivated assistant, she enjoys her work and she is continuously seeking ways of improving. In addition to her education in the dental field, May has a Bachelor of English Literature, and has completed comprehensive courses in computer applications.
May is very friendly and smart, she is superb at her job, and works extremely with Dr. Zogby. May is our Persian-speaking staff member. In her spare time, May enjoys yoga and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Judy
Certified Dental Assistant
Judy received her dental assisting Level II diploma from Oxford College of Arts Business and Technology in 2017. She joined Fairview Mall Dental Centre in 2018. Judy is an active member of the Ontario Dental Assistants Association (ODAA). She keeps her skills up-to-date through continuing education courses. She loves to take care of people and making patients of all ages feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment.
Judy is very gentle and polite, she is a quick learner and has fit in our office so well. Judy is our Cantonese-speaking staff member. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
